Intensity · Fit
Fit - the lean-athlete preset.
Fit is the most-used intensity in Muscle Editor. It adds defined, athletic muscle without making the body look exaggerated, and works on the widest range of starting frames.
What it produces
- Subtle ab definition (upper four-pack maximum).
- Pec line visible without bodybuilder volume.
- Defined arms - bicep peak suggested, not pumped.
- V-taper without competition lats.
- Reads as someone who lifts and walks every day.
Best for
- Everyday photos for social media.
- Smaller starting frames where Bodybuilder would look pasted-on.
- Photos with t-shirts or fitted casual clothing.
- Visualizing realistic 6–12 month gym progress.
Avoid when
- You actually want the maximum-result look - use Muscular or Bodybuilder.
- You’re demonstrating the "before vs goal" contrast for big motivation photos.
Pairs well with
- Abs Add a realistic six-pack, eight-pack, or lean athletic mid-section to any photo.
- Arms Bigger biceps and triceps, sharper arm definition, and a fuller forearm.
- Shoulders Round, capped delts with front, side, and rear-head separation.
- Chest Build muscular pecs, a defined upper-chest line, and a fuller lower edge.
