Intensity · Bodybuilder
Bodybuilder - the competition preset.
Bodybuilder is the maximum intensity. Eight-pack, slabs of pec, capped boulder-shoulders, vascular arms. Best used to visualize a long-term ceiling, not as a casual photo edit.
What it produces
- Eight-pack with pronounced obliques.
- Heavy pec slabs with deep separation.
- Boulder-shoulders with delt-tie-in.
- Vascular arms and forearms.
- Christmas-tree lower-back and full lat width.
Best for
- Long-term goal visualization (years away, not months).
- Mock-up photos for "what would the maximum look like".
- Larger starting frames where the volume reads natural.
Avoid when
- You want a believable everyday edit - use Fit.
- You have a smaller starting frame; the volume can read pasted-on.
Pairs well with
- Chest Build muscular pecs, a defined upper-chest line, and a fuller lower edge.
- Arms Bigger biceps and triceps, sharper arm definition, and a fuller forearm.
- Abs Add a realistic six-pack, eight-pack, or lean athletic mid-section to any photo.
- Shoulders Round, capped delts with front, side, and rear-head separation.
- Back Wide V-taper, defined lats, and a thick, separated mid-back.
- Legs Quad sweep, hamstring thickness, and a clean calf shape.
